Montreal’s Insectarium is the largest insectarium in North America and one of the largest in the world. The Insectarium displays various insects from around the world in exhibits that are held year-round. Because Montreal’s Insectarium features insects from all around the world, it is a popular tourist attraction, with more than 400,000 people visiting the Insectarium each year.
Insects From Around The World
Various bugs and insects from around the world await visitors at the Montreal Insectarium. Spiders, Beatles, giant stick insects, scorpions, butterflies and ladybugs are only some of the impressive insects that you’ll see at the Insectarium. The museum houses a collection of more than 150,000 insect specimens.
The Montreal’s Insectarium’s Architecture
Montreal’s Insectarium features a unique architecture. If you were to look at the Insectarium from above, it would resemble a giant insect. You can see this effect from the Olympic Stadium’s observatory.
